In 2005, OTS was founded by Rodney Colbourne, Steve Green and Steve MacDougall. With more than 90 years of combined experience, this team was determined to become partners on large and small-scale projects, helping clients maximize schedules, budgets and, ultimately, profits.

Today, OTS is a leader in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up services for the energy, mining and utility sectors. With four locations throughout North America and a roster of hundreds of skilled employees, they have worked on dozens of industry-changing projects.
