Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design features a Gallery Shop, exhibition space and five state-of–the art studios dedicated to the promotion of excellence in Cape Breton craft. The Gallery Shop showcases the work of over 80 Cape Breton artisans. The Centre offers a beautiful display of Cape Breton craft in a wide variety of media including jewellery, visual art, wood and glass products, textiles, pottery and more.
Since 1972, the Centre’s mandate has been to promote excellence in craft and design. The organization has become an integral and leading force in the education, promotion and development of the craft sector in Cape Breton.
