The Ally Centre of Cape Breton (ACCB) is a harm-reduction based organization that provides prevention, support and education services to people living with or at risk of HIV, HCV or STIs. We believe everyone benefits from reducing the spread of STBBIs in our community.
Our services are available to every Cape Bretoner and we are especially focused on a most vulnerable people, including those with substance use disorder, street involved people, injection drug users, sex workerrs and People Living with Blood Borne Pathogens.
